In this 60-minute flow we’re working through a vinyasa style sequence, looking at how we can align to the traditions of certain asana poses, whilst honouring our body’s needs and feeding our soul. To be “aligned” is to place yourself in a certain way and that might need to change daily depending on how you feel.
