april meditation: i feel joy
This month we’re grounding into our meditation with breath and mantra. This is a meditation that can be done anytime, anywhere and as with all of our meditation practices, I recommend you come back to it again and again. Use these minutes as a time to feel into your soul, to listen to what’s alive inside of you and to refresh your mindset for whatever comes next.
