arm balance series: parsva bakasana

Theme: Strength & Arm Balances

In this flow we’re looking at opening up the side body through twists and strength, whilst working towards our side crow pose. There are two ways of doing this pose, so do not fear if you can’t get the full expression, just keep working on that upper body and wrist strength, as you’ll have it in no time.
