arm balance series: tittibhasana
It’s the final day of our arm balance series and I know you’ve given it your all! For our fifth and final instalment I wanted to bring something a little different that we don’t get to do in many classes. Whether or not, you’re anywhere near this posture, as with all of the flows this week, just do what you can. We’ll be opening up through the hips and hamstrings and slowly working towards that tittibhasana.
