august flow 4: active yin yoga
In yin yoga we’re used to using lots of props and switching the muscles off. In this 30-minute practice we’re changing up our yin yoga, to find some activity in the muscles and we hold the postures for long periods of time. Notice the mind in this practice, wanting you to escape the posture and see if you can challenge yourself to stay.
