It’s time to tune into your body. You might be used to doing a body scan in yoga nidra, where the mind is noticing the body, but it’s so tempting to drift off. In this body scan we’re sitting up, shoulders open, crown of the head rising upwards. Feel in to each part of the body and notice what is alive for you.
