december flow 2: breathe & be present
In this 60-minute flow session, our focus is on the slowing of the breath. Working to elongate each inhale and exhale, allowing the movement to take up the whole length of the breath. We’ll be getting creative, having fun and finding strength, so grab your mat and take a moment to ground down before we begin.
