In this 60-minute practice, we’ll get intimate with the feelings that arise when we get inverted. Throughout this flow we’ll explore inversions like downward facing dog, dolphin, funky pincha (oh yes!), handstand and headstand. Remember, check in with YOU. Only do what feel right and take pauses whenever you need to.
