Welcome to a 60-minute practice, a beautiful space-creating flow to warm and open into your heart centre. In a mandala flow we start and end with some yin, moving from a restorative place and in between that we’ll move in a dynamic and energising 360 degree style around the mat. If you’re new to mandala, be gentle with yourself and pause whenever you need to.
