Theme: Exploring Boundaries

In this 30-minute practice we’ll work with our boundaries both on and off the mat, leaning into free movement and expanding our postures to take them into new variations and new sequences away from what we’re used to. Throughout this flow, we’ll also be opening up into the hamstrings, so a great practice for those of you feeling particularly tight there.
