Are you ready for 30 minutes of love to the lower body?! In this session we’ll be checking in with the strength of the glutes and hamstrings. Grab a blanket, towel or cushion and ideally pop yourself next to a wooden or tiled floor. Anything that you can slide on. No worries if you haven’t got a slippery floor, I’ll give you a different option in the session.
