Welcome to your first flow in June, our month of strength. Over the next few weeks we’ll be working through physical and mental strength on the mat, starting with this 60-minute power heart opening practice. As always, take time to ground into the flow, work mindfully with your breath, challenge yourself when you want to and take rest when you need to.
