If there was ever a number one, yummy way to work deep and fluidly into the hip space, this is it! Move with an energising sensation as we work around the mat, focusing on those hips and finding freedom in the breath and body. Make sure you keep a strong awareness on your stabilising glute muscles to stop any collapsing and over-stretching to take place while you flow.
