Force of the Feminine

In this 60-minute water mandala flow we’ll be moving with fluidity through postures like, Warrior 3, Warrior 2, Half Moon & Standing Split. There will also be lots of opportunities for inversions. We’ll be opening and building heat in the hip space, as we feel the energy shifting and emotions igniting. As always, take pauses as often as you need to.
