may flow 3: transition lightly
In this 70-minute creative vinyasa flow practice, we’re looking to focus on our transitions – the way we move from posture to posture. So often we just focus on reaching the full pose as quickly as possible, but in our month of lightness, I invite you to look between the postures and see what you feel there. Finding a little more time in everything beyond the obvious. As always, just work within your own limits, take pauses when you need them and challenge yourself too.
