When we think of a practice that doesn’t include weight-bearing on our wrists, we tend to think of slower, more restorative practices. This 30-minute flow is here to change your idea of what a no-wrists flow could look like. We’ll be powering up into the lower body, moving with fluidity as we work through the beautiful emotions that arise when we try to find balance.
