In this 30-minute flow, we’re talking a deeper journey to open through the groin and hips, preparing for our peak posture, middle splits, box splits, Chinese splits or any other variation you call it! 😉 Try to let go of ego as you move through this practice, only going as far as feels good for you. Don’t push yourself too far…. just dedicate time and patience to the practice.
