In this 30-minute practice you’ll be holding postures and hovering limbs all over the place! Be prepared to work hard into the quads, glutes and hamstrings and have everything firing up. Use your breath to guide you, work to your edge, making sure you take moments to pause whenever you need it. Childs pose is your best friend!
