september flow 4: keep it simple
In this 25-minute practice I take you through a very simple practice, including all of the basic fundamentals of yoga. Using simple meditation, breath and movement we can wake the body and mind up, without putting too much pressure on ourselves. Feel free to embellish this practice in any way that works for you, making the sun salutations easier or more challenging as you see fit.
