september flow 1: ease into the basics
Our Back to Basics series will ease you into your practice slowly each day. Don’t be confused into thinking that Back to Basics is for beginners. This is for everyone. Those of you early on in your journey and those of you power-hungry yogis. In this gentle 30-minute practice your mind will be challenged probably more so than your body, which should always be a welcome situation.
