september flow 2: focus on folding flow

This 60-minute vinyasa flow will incorporate lots of the traditional postures that you’ll be used to. Try to focus as much as possible on your technique and alignment, whilst staying connected to the breath. If these are postures that you know well, work on finding a meditative state as we flow through the practice together.
