In this slow, yet strong 45-minute practice, we’ll be embracing our inner snake, hissing and flowing to the rhythm of the breath. As we move fluidly and roll through the spine in a ladder sequence, we’ll add shapes on as we go, crating a sense of confidence and understanding in the repetition.
