Theme: Duality: Light & Dark

A 30-minute lower body, stretchy flow to bring a sense of calm and slowness to the body, mind and soul. This practice would be particularly good in the evening as a way to find peace at the end of a busy day. We’ll be opening and closing into the hips space, so be ready to feel all of that juicy energy circulating around the pelvis and legs.
