In this 15-minute meditation we’ll be opening up the vibrational channels of the body with the use of humming breath. By bringing our vibrational energy to the surface, we can drop even deeper into the sensations in the body and what we are somatically able to learn from the stillness. As we meditate through silence, mantra and breath, keeping hold of your intention to stay aligned to you, the YOU you are today.
