In this blissful 65-minute practice, all I ask of you is to stay connected to your breath. We’ll journey upwards through the chakras, activating each one with a new shape and then taking time in between to rebound and reflect. A practice like this can be emotive and triggering, but don’t let that put you off. It’s time to deep dive into your soul and to leave the mat feeling like you’ve had an energetic shift and release. At any time when the feelings – both physical and emotional – get too much, simply come back to your breath and the calming, grounding nature of that connection.
