Burn baby burn! This 30-minute session might be a bit of a scorcher for the body, but as always just go at your own pace and take pauses whenever you need to. You’ll need a pair of socks, thicker ones if possible, and you’ll need to be on a floor that you can slide on. It might see some of you taking to the bathroom or kitchen for this practice!
