Grab yourself a chair and let’s have some fun as we work through 30-minutes of handstand playtime! If you’re new to handstands or you have a fear of them, don’t worry! This practice is for everyone and if even taking your feet off the mat and onto the chair is too much for you, keep working through the strengthening drills instead. Whatever you do, self-assess, know how you’re feeling, be kind to yourself and have fun.
