Opening the class with Breath of Fire pranayama, we deepen the breath into Manipura, our place of personal power and self belief – something we all need in those ‘In Transit’ moments. We’ll be moving 360 degrees around the mat, as we explore shapes like Parivrtta Trikonasana and Parivrtta Utkatasana. It’s a fiery one, so don’t forget to take pauses as often as you wish to.
