Welcome to #Yoganuary Day 11. You’re deep into week two and  you’re doing so well. Keep it up! I’m chilling you out today with a juicy lower body stretch session. It might not be dynamic, but practices like this, with long held stretches can be just as tough on both the body and mind. Be kind to yourself.
