Happy weekend and welcome to #Yoganuary day 12. You had a nice chilled out session yesterday, so now it’s time to power back up that body and mind and challenge your strength on the mat. As always, take moments to pause whenever you need to. Child’s pose can be your best friend at any time. Stay connected to your breath and go easy with the practice if needs be.
