Today’s Sunday session is all about the breath. It’s a short and sweet practice today and I’m sharing two simple, but very effective pranayama techniques with you. Both of these practices are ones I use when I’m on and off my mat, as a way of working with stress, anxiety and unease. As this is a shorter practice that usual, take the extra 20 minutes to do something you enjoy. Something that will make you smile.
